Problem
A wedding involves many suppliers, payments and tasks spread over months, usually across spreadsheets and WhatsApp. The planner needs organization. On the other side, the bride needs information, and to go through the process feeling informed and enjoying it.
Process
Two user types, the planner and the couple, each with their own problem. I mapped what each one needs to see first, collected references and iterated screen by screen in a working prototype.
Solution
One portal, two views. The couple sees their wedding at a glance: stages, finances and tasks. It keeps anxiety in check while they stay informed and confident. The planner sees every project in one place, with tasks by priority, supplier and payment tracking, a monthly payment forecast and quick notes.
Next steps
Validate usability and feature hypotheses, then add and test AI-driven suggestions for tasks and dates.
Greendocs Experience
UX audit + redesign (solo) · B2B product page, document management software · Figma, Claude, Astro · 2026
Problem
The product page had a confusing experience. It only said what Greendocs is after a long scroll. The first call to action sat far down, there was no client proof, and the page was heavy, with usability and accessibility problems.
Process
An audit of the page (WCAG 2.2 AA, Nielsen's heuristics, contrast, structure and performance checks) revealed 6 opportunities, prioritized by business impact and speed of implementation.
Solution
A new narrative structure for the page, built on modern technology that fits a tech company. The experience helps clients understand the value of the product, clear up their questions and move forward confidently to a purchase decision.
Next steps
Validate the explanatory diagrams with the development team, create new image assets and screenshots of Greendocs, bring in the sales team to evolve the narrative and identify key arguments and pain points, and deepen and apply the design system.
